We are qualified professionals in the management, letting, acquisition and sale of rural property. The Athene Associates team has members who have fully qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors up (RICS), the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and the Scottish Association of Agricultural Valuers and Arbiters (SAAVA). Our clients can also have confidence because Athene Associates is a firm regulated by the RICS.

our accreditations

Athene Associates is a registered letting agent with the Scottish government and our residential management services are regulated by the industry body, Property Mark. We are members of Landlord Accreditation Scotland (LAS). This is a voluntary scheme by which landlords and letting agents can assure tenants that the tenancy arrangements they have adhere to the high standards set out in the Scottish Core Standards for accredited landlords.
